RS&P Disclaimer for Natural Stone Products:
As the name implies, natural stone is the result of a natural process. Natural stone is composed of minerals and/or petrified material, and because it’s formed by nature over millions of years, much of its unique beauty is due in large part to the irregularities that occur during its formation. These anomalies include variations in color, texture, veining, striation, and size. Fissures, fractures, and fossils add even more natural “imperfections” that make natural stone one of the most versatile materials available for a wide variety of purposes, from landscaping to interior design.
RS&P is dedicated to providing our customers with the highest-quality natural stone available. Part of our commitment to exceptional service includes helping our customers understand the properties of natural stone so they can make well-informed decisions when they’re choosing from the various types of natural stone we offer.
Before you purchase natural stone, you should be aware that a number of factors can affect the amount and type of weathering and decay your stone may experience. Natural stone can undergo a wide variety of changes, including but not limited to:
- Flaking and/or Spalling (breaking into smaller pieces) - These result from processes such as freezing and thawing, getting wet and drying, natural thermal expansion, and being exposed to salts in the environment.
- Polished Pebbles and/or Rocks - Weather and other elements in the environment can cause the polish on pebbles and rocks to wear out. This includes both cold and hot temperatures, wetness and dryness, exposure to natural salts, and more.
- Oxidation - This process, which causes metal to rust, also occurs in natural stone with iron content, and it’s accelerated when stone containing iron-bearing minerals is saturated with water, causing it to turn yellow or even brown.
- Dissolution - This occurs when certain minerals in stone are dissolved by water.
We do not offer a warranty of any kind, either express or implied, for any of our natural stone products. This disclaimer of warranty includes, but is not limited to, merchantability, fitness, or suitability of our products for a particular purpose.
By purchasing, installing, and/or using our natural stone products, buyers expressly accept all said products “as is” and “with all faults,” whether or not any “faults” or “imperfections” are immediately apparent, and thereby release RS&P from any and all claims.
All purchases of any of our stone products are nonrefundable, and we do not accept returns or make exchanges on any of our natural stone products.
Shipment Details You Need to Know:
Motor Freight delivers all pallets containing stone, and it costs the same whether it’s to a commercial or residential location. If the truck is delivering the stones to a residence, the pallet will be unloaded at the end of the driveway, and it will be up to the buyer to move the product after it’s delivered. In the event of any special circumstances involving the delivery or placement of your rocks, stones, or pebbles, please make sure to get in touch with us before placing your order. This way, we can make the necessary arrangements with the trucking company. This must be done before the order is shipped, otherwise any costs associated with a second attempt at delivery or the need to change trucks will be your responsibility. A restocking fee as well as return shipping costs will be charged for any cancellations or returns made after the order has already been shipped. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to give us a call before ordering.

Rock Stone & Pebble is the absolute best! I looked high and low for the black rocks I wanted for my new landscape to no avail. I came across RS&P on google and they seemed to have exactly what I wanted. I was a little wary of ordering through a website I just found but decided to go for it. I am SO glad I did. RS&P has amazing customer service! The day after I placed my order they called to confirm everything and organize delivery. They were in communication with me every step and always available by phone or chat. After my rocks were installed by my landscaper I realized I needed more. RS&P came though again delivering more of the same rocks very quickly! I am so pleased. The quality of the product is better than anything I saw in person on my search, and the entire process was seamless start to finish. Thank you RS&P!
Zia at RS&P was extremely helpful in helping us find the perfect stone for our art gallery landscaping. Very professional from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Zia. It’s perfect, and we could not be happier with the polished stone and your services.
I ordered 3000 pounds of black river stones. The stones arrived in about a week and look great. When I had a question about my order; I called and was able to talk to an actual person immediately. I am very pleased with the quality of the stones, the price, the shipping, and the customer service.
Highly recommended. This is an online company and Zia did a great job communicated with me through text. He let me know how many pound of stones to cover our front yard. And we went with it and got a bit extra for backyard as well. No more street cats pooping on out front yard.
I almost gave up on being able to get black rock for this project (in budget), until I came across RS&P! Not only were they able to deliver the black rock in bulk (making it more affordable), but they had multiple sizes to choose from, so I was able to get the 2-3 inch rocks I preferred. Delivery was fast and efficient, the whole process seamless. I will be using them again for future projects!
